NEW MEMBER APPLICATION AND ELIGIBILITY
To sign up for a Points Plus+, fill Out the Application Form when you buy the Points Plus Application Kit for only Php 100.00.
* Card applicant must be at least Eighteen (18) years of age
* Must present Valid IDs:
- Individual: One (1) Government-Issued ID
- Corporate: Company ID and One (1) Government-Issued ID

EARNING & ACCUMULATION OF POINTS
Earn points when you purchase any item from our Office Warehouse stores. The more you buy, the more points you get!
* Simply present your Points Plus+ Card to the cashier to earn points from purchases.
No Card, No Earning of Points.
* For every P200 purchase, you earn 1 point.
* Valid on Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Cheque transactions.
REDEMPTION OF POINTS
You may use your Points Plus+ accumulated points to purchase items from any of our branches except Trinoma, Landmark Makati, and Sta. Lucia Grand East Mall outlets.
* Simply present your Points Plus+ Card to the cashier and fill up the Redemption Transaction Form (processing of redemption is up to 3 days) and must present Valid ID(s):
- Individual: One (1) Government-Issued ID
- Corporate: Company ID and One (1) Government-Issued ID
No Card, No Redemption of Points.
* 1 Point - Php 1.00
* Points are not convertible to cash.
* Redemption is suspended when POS system is offline.
TRACKING OF ACCUMULATED POINTS
Keep track of your earned points when you purchase items from any Office Warehouse branches. Your available point credit balance is reflected at the bottom part of your receipt. You may also inquire about your current point balance by simply presenting your card to the cashier from any Office Warehouse Store near you.
VALIDITY OF EARNED POINTS
Earned Points will be valid for one (1) year from date of point credit. Any unused points over a year will expire thereon and will be subsequently deducted from your account during the quarterly system clean up.
VALIDITY & RENEWAL OF POINTS PLUS+ MEMBERSHIP
* Card is valid for two (2) years from date of issuance.
* Membership Renewal Fee is Php 100.00
LOST & DAMAGED CARDS
To replace lost or damaged card, Cardholder should fill out the Card Replacement Form.
* Card Replacement Fee is Php 100.00
* For damaged card, Cardholder should surrender the damaged card upon claiming of new one.
Points Plus+ Card is valid in all Office Warehouse outlets except: Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall, The Landmark Makati, and Landmark Trinoma branches.Office Warehouse reserves the right to revoke membership, terminate program, and amend the terms and conditions anytime.
