How to Buy

HOW TO SHOP ONLINE:

Step 1: Add items to your shopping cart

  • Click on the chosen product name to view complete details of the product.
  • If ready to purchase, add a quantity on the text box beside "ADD TO CART".
  • Click "Add to Cart" to purchase chosen item.
  • To shift from one product department to another, simply click on any of the main menu items: Furniture, Office and School Supplies and Technology
  • Repeat the same steps for other items in other product departments.
  • To check out, review items added in your cart by clicking "VIEW CART" at the upper right hand corner of the Site.

Step 2: Check out and Make Payment

  • Under Shopping Cart page, click "PROCEED TO CHECKOUT" if you're happy with your purchases and please proceed with completing the checkout process with the following steps:
  • Login/Register to your Account
    • If you have an existing account, simply log in by entering your email address and password
    • If you're a new customer, kindly register using the form provided.
  • Enter Shipping Information
    • Choose your preferred method of shipping your order: pick-up from a selected participating Office Warehouse outlet or delivery the order to your doorstep.
    • If it's your first time to shop, kindly enter enter a new complete and accurate shipping address.
    • If you're a returning customer you may either select from your saved shipping address or modify or add a new one.
  • Enter Billing Information
    Specify a billing address where you wish your purchased items are to be billed. You may either
    • Enter a new billing address if it's your first time to shop,
    • Choose from an existing billing address list, should you have existing records with us, or
    • Modify an existing saved address, if you wish.
  • Coupon Code
    Coupon Codes are discount coupons that can be retrieved from promotional materials such as discount cards or flyers from our outlet. Once used, corresponding discount shall be deducted from your online purchases.
    Should you have a coupon code on hand, enter the code on the box provided. Please leave it blank if you do not have any promo code on hand.
  • You can pay via:
    • Credit Card (Mastercard and Visa)
    • Bank Deposit (Allied Bank, BDO, BPI, Metrobank and RCBC).

    Note: Cash and check deposit payments are only considered upon encoding of bank deposit slip details on the related transaction under "My Account". Other instructions will be emailed to you after placing your order.

SPECIAL ORDERS

For special orders, get in touch with our Customer Care personnel and inquire about the item you wish to purchase.

The following guidelines shall apply to special orders:

  • Special orders will be accepted after stock availability is verified with our partner vendors.
  • An initial 50% Downpayment must be placed before a special order is processed. Customer has a maximum allowance of thirty (30) days to complete full payment.
  • Upon full payment, ordered items will be readdy for shipping or store pick-up.
