How to Buy
HOW TO SHOP ONLINE:
Step 1: Add items to your shopping cart
- Click on the chosen product name to view complete details of the product.
- If ready to purchase, add a quantity on the text box beside “ADD TO CART”.
- Click “Add to Cart” to purchase chosen item.
- To shift from one product department to another, simply click on any of the main menu items: Furniture, Office and School Supplies and Technology
- Repeat the same steps for other items in other product departments.
- To check out, review items added in your cart by clicking “VIEW CART” at the upper right hand corner of the Site.
Step 2: Check out and Make Payment
- Under Shopping Cart page, click “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” if you’re happy with your purchases and please proceed with completing the checkout process with the following steps:
- Login/Register to your Account
- If you have an existing account, simply log in by entering your email address and password
- If you’re a new customer, kindly register using the form provided.
- Enter Shipping Information
- Choose your preferred method of shipping your order: pick-up from a selected participating Office Warehouse outlet or delivery the order to your doorstep.
- If it’s your first time to shop, kindly enter enter a new complete and accurate shipping address
- If you’re a returning customer you may either select from your saved shipping address or modify or add a new one.
- Enter Billing Information
Specify a billing address where you wish your purchased items are to be billed. You may either
- Enter a new billing address if it’s your first time to shop,
- Choose from an existing billing address list, should you have existing records with us, or
- Modify and existing saved address, if you wish.
- Coupon Code
Coupon Codes are discount coupons that can be retrieved from promotional materials such as discount cards or flyers from our outlet. Once used, corresponding discount shall be deducted from your online purchases.
Should you have a coupon code on hand, enter the code on the box provided. Please leave it blank if you do not have any promo code on hand.
- Review and Payment
- Kindly review all details you’ve entered prior to payment.
- Include under ORDER NOTES text box, additional reminders specifically referring to shipping/handling instructions
- Select your payment method: bank deposit or credit card payment
- Click on the check box below the important notes indicating your agreement and understanding of Office Warehouse online store terms and conditions.
- Click “CONTINUE AND PROCEED TO PAYMENT” to send payment details
- For credit card transactions, you will be directed to Pesopay.com site where you will submit the following information to complete credit card transaction”
- Select bank provider: Visa or Mastercard
- Enter your credit card details (i.e. credit card number, card’s expiry date, name showed on the card and card verification number)
- For bank deposit transactions, instructions on how to pay via bank payments shall be sent via email. Once paid, kindly register bank details under MY ACCOUNT.
- Order Complete
For credit card purchases, customers will then be directed back to Office Warehouse site indicating successful payment made
Bank deposit transactions meanwhile will be prompted for complete payment and subject for processing once bank payments have been made, cleared and recorded on your respective account.
QUICK GUIDE ON ONLINE PURCHASES
1. Purchase Requirements and Shipment Costs
a. Minimum purchase requirement of P 3,000.00 to qualify for FREE delivery in select participating cities in Metro Manila.
b. Deliveries below minimum purchase requirement within the participating cities are subject for additional P100.00 delivery charge.
c. Deliveries below minimum purchase requirement and are outside the participating cities are subject for quotation by our Customer Care personnel.
2. Business Hours
Office Warehouse Online Site is available 24/7. Processing of orders and Customer Care inquiry, however, will follow an operating schedule as mentioned below. Any orders placed beyond the prescribed cut-off time will be processed the following working day.
Online Orders Processing Cut-Off Time:
Cut off time shall apply so that orders will be placed before the 3:00 pm delivery cut-off schedule.
a. Weekdays - 1:00 pm
b. Weekends and Holidays - No schedule. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following day (Monday) or the next working day, respectively.
Customer Care Hotline Schedule:
a. Weekdays - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
b. Weekends and Holidays– no schedule
Office Warehouse can only service deliveries and pick-up at selected cities in Metro Manila. Complete details as follows:

4. Product Testing not applicable on Certain Technology Items – Printers, printer inks and consumables shall not undergo product testing prior to purchase. As such would mean product has been used and tampered with and are not viable for re-sell.
5. Prices are inclusive of 12% VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
6. Delivery service may be temporarily suspended during extreme weather, floods etc.
7. Cancellation of order must be done through Customer Care hotline within 24 hours from the time of purchase order.
8. For special orders and other services not covered by the Site’s Terms and Conditions, customer should call Customer Care Hotline.
PLACING SPECIAL ORDERS
Special Orders are items not currently carried by Office Warehouse stores and the online shopping site.
- Customer may contact Customer Care hotline for special order inquiries.
- Special orders will be accepted subject to stock availability through Office Warehouse partner vendors.
- An initial 50% down-payment must be placed before a special order is accepted and processed. Customer has a maximum allowance of thirty (30) days to complete full payment.
- The customer must pay the balance on or before the day of delivery of the item or within thirty (30) days lead time, whichever comes first. Otherwise, the down-payment shall be deemed cancelled and forfeited.
